June 2023, Howard Brown Health was faced with a massive task; design a Pride campaign to heal a divided organization and reaffirm it’s commitment to its community. Together with my team, I designed and pitched a campaign that we thought would do just that. We wanted to bring Pride back to it’s roots as a protest. We offered each employee the chance to tell the world what they were marching for this year.
